ETS is a toy train manufacturer based in the Czech Republic. I've purchased or received a few pieces over the last few years and they are really nice. They remind me of early LGB trains, only in O-gauge.

Here's a reefer I picked up last year at York. All metal, opening/latching doors, well-made:

Their trains come with a number of coupler variations, one of which is compatible with Lionel knuckle couplers.

Here's a link to their website:

ETS "Glaskasten":

Smooth runner, unusual-looking (to say the least).

ETS 415 flat received for Christmas in 2017:

A 1/48-scale tank would fit nicely on there.

ETS 453 "Maggi" reefer:

This one features a brakeman's platform. Metal construction, very reminiscent of the LGB gear from years back, only ETS is O-gauge, not the larger G-gauge.

An ETS inspection car:

Our family has owned a long string of VWs, going back to the 1970s. The latest is a 2019 Tiguan. Felt right to have one for the layout.
