One of the guys over on the Marx train forum had an extra tender for the small Flyer Hiawatha set, so he graciously sent it over. Balance has returned to the toy train universe here in Maryland:
It needs quite a bit more polishing, especially the car roofs. Runs terrific...I'm looking forward to learning more about it.

Lionel set #139 from 1931 has been repaired and returned to service:
A lot of work went into getting this set and its mysterious 261 locomotive back into shape. Hopeful that it might go back to the family of the original owner.

The Lionel 258 saw some track-time recently, this time pressed into passenger service:
The 258 sees more time on the layout than any other loco on the roster, usually dragging a long string of 800-series four-wheel freights. Lionel brought the 258 to the catalog in 1930, along with a set of 529/530 coaches (set #234). I'm short one 529, so we substituted 629/630 coaches. Same configuration, just a different color.

Got the Marlines
Jubilee a bit of track time out on the mainline before packing it up to clear space on the layout:
Seen here exiting bridge #305, it's a nice little train from Marx. Likely headed off to storage to clear some space on the layout.
