Where to Sell My Train?

My son won this train at a raffle 2 weeks ago and we would like to sell it:

http://www.lionel.com/products/chicago- ... et-7-12008

However, it did not include the track and transformer, only the train (engine, tender, and passenger cars along with the liquid smoke).

It is new and still in the package (engine, tender, and passenger cars)--I have attached a picture.

We are Reds fans from Indianapolis and my guess is since you are located in Springfield, OH, you are as well. This is the only Lionel or model train product that we have, but we would like to start with a different product--maybe something that has a tie to Indiana in some way--Monon, Wabash, Nickel Plate. I would be happy to email you a picture of it.

Thanks for your time.

Thanks for getting in touch. I don't have a for sale section or anything like that. I know you'll hate me for saying this, but your best bet may be e-bay or Craig's list.

Here's a question: Have you opened the box? In some of these, the track and transformer are underneath the packaging so you can't see them from the front of the box. Be careful, though, because once they come out, they're hard to get back into the box.

Best of luck - Paul

Note: The reader checked and the track and transformer were definitely missing. :-) He said he would try eBay or Craigs List.
