K-line acquired most of Louis Marx's toy train dies following Marx's exit, and the early years of K-line saw them produce a number of items based on the Marx line-up. The one seen here is a K-line reissue of the Marx 333 4-6-2 Pacific, probably the nicest locomotive Marx ever made. Following K-line's exit, I think RMT owns many of the Marx dies now, and some of the stuff they've sold over the years is Marx gear updated with modern drive units.
